Andressa Urach

Just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a love affair with Tiago Costa. They stayed together for three months, after they began dating. The couple was blessed with an unmarried baby boy, Arthur Urach Costa born on May 19th, 2005. Following divorce, the couple split in 2008, after six years of marriage. Andressa relocated the home of her child at her mother's residence. After six months of separation, she lost her job, and then decided to leave her son to his father, hoping for the better opportunities within Sao Paulo however, being highly ambitious and self-centered, the main reason she left her home in the South was to become a rich and famous. Andressa Urach writes in her memoir Morri Para Viver about her experience of sexual assault from her foster father which occurred between the ages of 2 and 8. The only way she was able to escape from this was getting out of this mess due to her foster mother's catching the act and Andressa returned to live with her mother, who didn't know about her abuse until Andressa published her memoir. In interviews, the famous woman has claimed that before her conversion to Christianity, she could not have forgiven her abusive partner. This was among the most difficult decisions I've made. I made contact with the man that sexually assaulted me. The choice was not easy. I said on the phone following a lot of prayers and fasting that I forgiven the man. Although I'm not guilty of anything I pleaded for forgiveness. This was a straightforward plea. It was not a reason to justify my actions.
